Your Role

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of social media crisis management plans and protocols as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Proficient with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
